Private City-Tour Salvador Cidade Baixa

This tour focuses the day-by-day of the bahian people and its religiosity, full of syncretism. The tour takes place on the low-city, at the Itapagipe peninsula.  We drive along the Dique do Tororó (Tororó dike) to see the Orixás of the Candomblé and the Stadium Arena Fonte Nova, than we continue until São Joaquim, where we possibily can visit the Feira de São Joaquim, a daily market. At the market we find not only food but also religious articles.

After São Joaquim we continue to Itapagipe peninsula, passing by Calçada, Largo dos Mares, Caminho de Areia until Ribeira Beach. There, we can stop for a drink or take pictures. At Bonfim Church will be possible to see the religious sycretism both catholic and candomblé traditions.

End of the tour at Montserrat Fort, a fortress of the XVI century with a panoramic view to the city.
