Lindau lies on the shore of the Bodensee, one of the largest lakes in Europe and surrounded by three countries: Austria, Germany and Switzerland. So, the coastline of Lindau is amazing for is Alp view. The historic part of the town has only 3 thousand inhabitants and is settled on an island, which is connect to the mainland by a Road and Railway Bridge.  

 

We enjoy a walk on the Harbor promenade Harbour, passing by the Old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus) and see its painted facade and a covered staircase, one of the highlights of the town.

After the walking tour in Lindau, we can visit the Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen and get to know more about this important creation for the aircrafts industry.
